Recipe for this yummy Nigerian snack
- Flour 1000grams(1kg)
- Sugar 220grams
- Egg 3 pieces
- Magarine 200grams
- Powder Milk 100grams
- Powdered Milk flavour 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/2tablespoons
- Water 1/4 cup
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla flavour 1/2tablespoon
Procedure
- First thing to do is to seive in your dry ingredients into a bowl; flour, nutmeg, powder Milk flavour, milk, salt.
- Add sugar,vanilla flavour, magarine , mix with finger tips until it is bread crumblike in nature.

- Add eggs and water. Mix until it forms a dough

- Leave to rest in the fridge for 30minutes.
- And roll using a rolling pin to form a large square
- Using a pizza cutter cut into parallel lines
- Cut again vertically as seen in the picture below.

- Deep fry the squares until slightly golden brown!

And it is ready, crunchy, yummy, milky and of course perfectly square chinchin!!!!
Store in airtight containers. Serve with chilled drink!
