How I made nuggets


Nuggets

Recipe

Flour 1cup

Sugar 1/3 cup

Corn starch 1/4 cup

Egg 2 large

Milk 1/4 cup

Baking powder 1teasponn

Hotdog 10 pieces(I cut them in halves to make 20pieces

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Utensils

Bowl for mixing

Pot

Measuring cups

Measuring spoons
Toothpicks

Glass cup(I used measuring cup)

Procedure

Add all dry ingredients to a bowl, mix and add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly to get a thick paste.

Pour into a glass vase or a deep container(I used a measuring cup)

Insert a toothpick or cocktail Stick into your hotdog

Dip it into the measuring cup and wiggle around gently till the hotdog is coated in the flour paste

Deep fry almost immediately…
