How to make home made Jam

You can use any fruit you want depending on the flavour you prefer. I however prefer strawberries or grapefruits as I used in this tutorial.
The Recipe
Grapefruit 300grams
Sugar 75grams
Vinegar 2 tablespoons

Procedure:
- Wash your grapefruits in salt water and rinse again in fresh water

- Remove the stems

- Crush the grapefruits(I used a motar)

- Pour into a pot on low flame
- Add sugar and vinegar
- Stir continuously till the water stops boiling

- And your jam is ready

- Store in airtight container!!
