How to make home made Jam

Your run out of jam during the lockdown? Try this recipe!

You can use any fruit you want depending on the flavour you prefer. I however prefer strawberries or grapefruits as I used in this tutorial.

The Recipe

Grapefruit 300grams

Sugar 75grams

Vinegar 2 tablespoons

Procedure:

  • Wash your grapefruits in salt water and rinse again in fresh water
  • Remove the stems
  • Crush the grapefruits(I used a motar)
  • Pour into a pot on low flame
  • Add sugar and vinegar
  • Stir continuously till the water stops boiling
  • And your jam is ready
  • Store in airtight container!!
